Strengthen Math Skills & Learn New Math Concepts

• Summer Academics courses are intended for rising 9th grade through 12 grade students.  Exception: Strengthen Math Skills is designed for rising 6th grade through Algebra 2 level students.
  
  
• The Senior Preparation Course is offered only to full time students who are enrolled at The New School of Northern Virginia.
  
  
• The cost of each session block is $950. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for each session block upon registration.
  
  
• Only cash and checks are accepted. Make checks payable to The New School.
  
  
• There is no school on July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
  
  
• Each academic session block runs Monday through Friday for three weeks.
  
  
• Students from Fairfax County Public Schools can only receive credit for successful completion of English Part 1 and English Part 2. No credit is awarded to students registered for the Strengthen Math Skills and S.A.T. Math Preparation courses.
  
  
• The maximum class size is 14-15. Each course must have a minimum of 5 registered students to run the class.
  
  
• There will be no pro-ration for days missed.
  
  
• In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled, your deposit will be refunded.
  
  
• After receiving your deposit, The New School will send confirmation that your registration and deposit have been received and a balance due statement. The balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the start of the session.
